From this year our Maitre Salvatore Catello of Restaurant La Torre di Gargonza can organize for you a proper cheese tasting since he attended a cheese tasting course from the Italian Association of Cheese Tasters (ONAF). Cheese that are usually tasted are Pecorino cheese, both fresh or seasoned and some goat or cow milk cheese. We can also set a wine and cheese tasting pairing blue cheese with excellent tuscan wines.
