Jennie & Berhad Wedding weekend in Tuscany July 2015
Another beautiful wedding weekend together with Jennie & Berhad who have chosen to stay the weekend in Gargonza with family and friends.
Welcome dinner was then set with a rustic tuscan buffet and among all the plates prepared by Susi and her staff from the restaurant we cannot comment her beautiful Aubergine “parmigiana”, meat and vegetable lasagna and stuffed tomatoes from our vegetable garden.
The setting was simple but in the same time beautiful at the swimming pool. A spacious garden with the best view over the Val di Chiana and the Vintage lights of Wedding music and lights.
The following day the bride & groom married with a symbolic ceremony in the Lecceta garden. After the ceremony the aperitif and dinner was served in our panoramic room at the restaurant with the following menu

Fried mixed vegetables
Tomato and mozzarella in small cups
Cured meat carpaccio with rucola & parmesan shavings in spoons
Mixed puff pastry
Zucchini flan with tomato dressing sauce
Eggplant layers with cheese and tomato sauce
Selection of sheep cheese with jams
Liver patè bruschetta on tuscan wheat bread
Pear and Pecorino cheese Tortello with butter and sage sauce
Pappardelle pasta with wild boar ragout
Sliced beef meat with Rosemary dressing
Roast potates, mixed salad
