Tania & Wissam Wedding weekend in Tuscany July 2015

Another beautiful wedding weekend together with Tania & Wissam  who have chosen to stay the weekend in Gargonza with family and friends and decided to have a blessing in our “Limonaia” garden. Organization was supervised and coordinated by Daniela Haltmayer from Hochzeiten Toskana.

A welcome dinner was held in the courtyard of the restaurant  with rustic buffet and an informal tablecloth.
The following day the bride & groom married in our “Limonaia” garden with a symbolic ceremony.  After the ceremony the aperitif and dinner was served under the string lights outside the panoramic room of our restaurant  with the following served menu for the dinner:

Tuscan ham cut by hand and fresh and seasoned sheep cheese with homemade jams
Zucchine flan with tomato and basil cream

Aubergine millefeuille
Tomato and Basil brushcetta
Ricotta cheese gnocchi with Porcini mushrooms over a leak sauce and steamed prawns

Tortello pasta filled with pecorino and pear with buter and sage dressing
Beef fillet with Nobile di Montepulciano wine sauce
